After Hurricane Ian reshaped Fort Myers Beach and Naples, LaPlaya faced more than physical restoration. With renovations underway and services limited, the challenge was urgent and complex: keep future guests engaged, communicate with clarity and compassion, and prepare for a return that honored both the property and the local community.
A strategy built on transparency and trust
We launched a full-funnel approach designed to inform and inspire. A dedicated renovation page quickly became one of the most-visited on the site, offering real-time updates and managing expectations. On social, forward-looking content struck the right tone. The campaign spoke to both resilience and renewal, driving early bookings and local visits. The impact was clear: ROAS rose 85%, web traffic jumped 173%, and revenue increased 1,100%.
