But Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, a ski-in/ski-out hotel in Jackson Hole, offers so much more, from sleigh rides and dog sledding to snow tubing and spa days. While past campaigns focused solely on skiing, we saw an untapped opportunity: targeting travelers who don't ski but still crave a winter escape.
One destination, two journeys
We created a strategy that split the campaign in two: one path for skiers/snowboarders, another for guests seeking everything else a winter getaway offers. Search and social ads were tailored by interest, showcasing either powder-filled slopes or wider winter activities. The integrated campaign delivered exceptional performance across channels, leading to an increase in bookings by 88% and revenue by 57% (18x ROAS). Remarkably, non-ski content outperformed traditional ski ads in both engagement and revenue - showing that the non-skier segment is not just viable, but valuable.
